Abstract

The article contains the results of studies conducted in the institutions of social policy. The results include information about expectations of organizations to volunteer seniors. Representatives of the institutions are mo- stly interested in the work of volunteer seniors. The expectation from volunteer seniors are: ability to organize free time, pedagogical skills, manual skills, computer skills and artistic skills. Volunteers are expected to work up to five hours per week. With volunteer seniors there are some concerns.
