Rola sektora usług we współczesnej gospodarce - przemiany struktur sektorowych województw Polski a światowe trendy strukturalne

Abstract

Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie roli sektora usług w dzisiejszej gospodarce oraz identyfikacja zgodności przemian struktury sektorowej Polski i jej regionów, z trendem ogólnoświatowym, którym jest zmniejszanie się udziału osób pracujących w rolnictwie, na rzecz wzrostu zatrudnienia w usługach. Okresem badawczym są lata 2011-2021. Artykuł składa się z części teoretycznej i badawczej. Część teoretyczna obejmuje omówienie genezy podziału gospodarki na trzy sektory i przedstawienie czynników, które sprzyjają wzrostowi zatrudnienia w sektorze usług. Część badawcza składa się z kolei z analizy poziomu rozwoju województw, stanowiącej uzupełnienie analizy udziałów poszczególnych sektorów w Polsce i jej regionach oraz z rzeczonej analizy udziałów. Analiza poziomu rozwoju województw została dokonana w oparciu o metodę wzorca rozwoju, na podstawie wyselekcjonowanych wcześniej cech statystycznych.

The main goal of the article is to present the role of the service sector in today's economy and to identify the compatibility of structural transformations in the sector in Poland and its regions with the worldwide trend of a decreasing share of people employed in agriculture in favor of increased employment in services. The research period covers the years 2011-2021. The article consists of theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part includes a discussion on the origin of the division of the economy into three sectors and the presentation of factors conducive to the growth of employment in the service sector. The research part, on the other hand, comprises an analysis of the level of development of voivodeships, serving as a complement to the analysis of the shares of individual sectors in Poland and its regions, as well as the mentioned share analysis. The analysis of the level of development of voivodeships was conducted based on the pattern of development method, using previously selected statistical features.
